Matt Driskill continues the FCC speaker series with Doug Woodring, co-founder of Project Kaisei, and Karin Malmstrom, a volunteer on the project. They spoke to the FCC on 10 November 2009 on the plastic waste caught in a Pacific Ocean gyre that is bigger in size than the state of Texas.
